SweetCure Vita is a company registered in England and Wales, operating from London, United Kingdom. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in these terms refer to SweetCure Vita.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to purchase from our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Browsing our website and adding items to your cart does not constitute a contract. A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email following successful payment.

We reserve the right to decline any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if there is a pricing error on our website. If we decline your order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but the price charged will be the price shown at the time you place your order.

Product availability is subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.

We accept major debit and credit cards. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

If a payment is declined, your order will not be placed. You will have the opportunity to retry with the same or a different payment method.

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we receive full payment. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within a further 14 days. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all seals intact. We cannot accept returns of opened hygiene products unless they are faulty.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion.

Discount codes must be entered at checkout. Only one code may be used per order. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively. We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time and to reject codes we believe are being misused.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to SweetCure Vita. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Post abusive, defamatory, or offensive reviews or communications
• Scrape or copy our website content using automated tools

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant products. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when the terms were last revised. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
